Install Adobe Printer Driver Windows 7 Install Update

So unless someone can point to a regular, straightforward download, rather than trying to show off MS' cleverness at making a day-long process out of a 5-minute task, it will never work. I think that this should work -- at least it just has done for me, except it is black and white only so far. I have PageMaker 7. I'm still looking for a better solution but in the mean time, at least I can export most PageMaker 7.

Did you ever discover how to do it? In reply to MaryCosman's post on November 21, I have the exact same issue. Did you find a way to resolve it. Did you find a download somewhere for Windows 7. I just want the postscript driver for PM7!!

Otherwise, wondering if W And I agree with you - do not want to buy new Adobe software either, just for what should be a quick fix. Manage Printers permission is required to install the driver. Log on as an Administrators group member. You can install the printer driver from the CD-ROM provided with this machine or download it from the manufacturer's Web site. If you are using the bit version of an operating system, download the printer driver from the manufacturer's Web site. Select this machine and the operating system you are using, and then download it. If the "Device driver software was not successfully installed" message appears, close the message, and then proceed to step 5. Select the manufacturer and model name of the machine you want to use, and then click [Next]. If installation is successful, the icon of the printer connected to the WSD port is added to the [Devices and Printers] window. The port name that follows "WSD" uses random character strings.
