At best that XP driver might install in 32 bit Windows 7, but it will not install in 64 bit. This is one of those that if you want to continue using the card you're either going to have to install XP or try it in 32 bit Windows 7.

You didn't find anything. What you found is the same 32 bit driver from that I mentioned above. All that is is the same driver that someone has gone and labeled as being for Windows 7.
