Ati Radeon Hd 4200 16.6 Driver Download Install Update
According to my system, the HD is not installed on my laptop and Windows does not appear to be doing anything about it. Apparently I have a Code 43 problem with the HD which appears to be impossible to resolve at present.
Whether these 2 drivers work together I don't know. I've seen on website https: Is it worth my while trying to download and install this driver or am I falling into a trap? You can update the driver following these steps. Let the driver install and then check the functionality.

I've done as you suggested and I got conflicting results so I'll tell you what's happened now. So I rechecked under properties and it told me that no driver was installed. So, I followed your 2nd suggestion and Used Auto detect.
This told me that the driver was installed. I decided to take more drastic action and uninstalled the driver which supposedly wasn't installed anyway! It has been but under properties it still insists that no driver is installed! After upgrading to Windows 10, 1 year ago, I got always issue at bootup. A circle progress bar crashed. I always pressed a reset button of the desktop PC.
Since today, after a windows update even after new full updates with long installation time , I do not see any crash regarding to the progress bar. It is fine but the Windows does not work with p resolution. It is set to Microsoft Basic Display driver with resolution x I can not change to x because the drop list is limited to x and x Uninstalled these updates, viola 2 monitors again. But, once again in 20 seconds - how can I make sure I have these files should I need to update again - the manuf.
After that completed, my screen was back to the correct resolution. My older version of my Display Adapter driver was from 2 years ago. I had already done some research and had uninstalled the latest Windows security update from a week ago. It took 10 minutes, but did not fix the screen resolution. Then I had to reinstall it anyway for security purposes.
I followed your instruction. However, after then nothing happens in the Device manager. I have opened the video adapter properties. I still see the Microsoft Basic Display adapter.

I would Like know if will be maked a driver for this? The 4xxx series cards are legacy If you use Windows 10, you will be furnished a driver by Windows Update that will offer basic utilization. Your best bet is to use Windows 7. There are no windows 8.
