Saturday, September 9, 1: Thanks but please read my post. The hdad is a windows driver. It is a windows device, not realtek. As stated in my post I have updated both the windows hdad and the realtek hdad with the latest drivers. Neither windows nor realtek have any earlier versions of the drivers on their sites.

If you can direct me to a source for earlier versions of the drivers for either windows or realtek I would greatly appreciate your providing a link to that source and I will happily try earlier version drivers for either of the devices.
